This page sums up the rules that matter most when you play with us. Each bonus also carries its own terms, shown in the Promotions section before you activate it.

Accounts

• Players must be 18 or over, and each person may hold one account.
• Personal details must be true and match the documents sent for verification.
• Using a VPN to hide your location can void winnings and forfeit the balance.

Deposits

• Deposits must be played through before they can be withdrawn.
• Until a deposit is wagered three times, up to 10% of a withdrawal can be held back.
• Chargebacks carry a fee of about £42 for each notification.

Withdrawals

• Requests are processed Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+3, after the necessary checks.
• No more than 3 withdrawal requests can be pending at once.
• Daily and monthly caps depend on your loyalty level, from about £420 a day and £8,400 a month at entry level to about £840 a day and £16,800 a month at the top.
• Approved deposit refunds are paid within 7 working days.

Inactive accounts

Accounts unused for 12 months may be charged a fee of about £4 per month while a balance remains.

Bonuses

Bonus rules, including wagering, time limits, maximum bets and win caps, are listed with each offer. The welcome package, for example, uses 45x wagering, a 5-day time limit and a maximum bet of £4 per spin.
